go to link The standard clamp for the KME sharpening system is 3 cm wide and the blade is located 1.5 cm in the clamp. The Pro Jaws clamp for small knives is 2 cm wide and the blade is located 70 mm in the clamp. As such you have a better overview and more control as you sharpen knives with smaller blades. The minimal length of the blade is 2 cm and minimal height of the blade is 1 cm. If your knife is smaller we recommend sharpening it by hand.
